Responsibilities specific to the role may include:

* Assist in managing client engagements
* Assist in Business Development efforts
* Design project research, analysis, and reporting techniques
* Oversee the development of project research materials including protocols, analysis plans, surveys, discussion guides, and other data collection instruments
* Assist in negotiating contracts
* Supervise analysis and interpretation of data
* Oversee production of project deliverables including research plans, status reports, interim reports, technical reports, presentations, abstracts, manuscripts, and product dossiers
* Contribute to proposal writing
* Assist in the management the development of staff

* Prefer advanced degree in, MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, MA, etc.
* 4+ years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
* Must have at least 3 years working in a management consulting firm, expertise Change Management
* Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills (sample will be required)
* Has experience and abilities in the following areas: research and development, discovery, business process re-engineering, clinical development, product development, commercialization of drugs, due diligence, technical writing, and presentation skills
* Extensive travel (between 70-85%) to the client site

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS: Principal Life Sciences Consultant, Change Management

- Prefer advanced degree in, MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, MA, etc.
- 5+ years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Must have at least 3 years working in a management consulting firm, expertise Change Management
