Job # 1206652.

The position will be based in our Bethany Beach, DE location with travel to our other Eastern locations as well as travel to our Western ski locations. The ability to travel up to 50% is a must!

Supports Wyndham Vacation Rentals (WVR) Learning & Development efforts/initiatives, through the design and delivery/facilitation of new hire and continuous learning courseware (via all media types), as well as facilitation of leadership and personal development programs. Serves as business partner and consultant to management in support of ongoing development of operational units. In coordination with Wyndham L&D leadership, utilizes L&D initiatives and programs as a vehicle to instill, emphasize and maintain Wyndham's Count on Me service culture, Mission, Vision and Values.

Facilitation:

-Facilitate associate, professional and leadership development programs in a variety of delivery modes, including instructor-led classroom, blended learning, virtual classroom, e-learning, etc. -Facilitate recurrent and developmental training sessions including, but not limited to; customer service, sales training, personal effectiveness and leadership training at WVR operations as necessary/directed. -Coordinate and execute individual training sessions including but not limited to, creation of agenda/lesson plan, scheduling training classes, booking training rooms, setting up of classroom environment, printing all necessary classroom materials, providing appropriate system access requirements for training delegates, etc. -Support all ad hoc training initiatives, ranging from 1:1 sessions to facilitating classroom sessions as required by business need.

Consulting:

-Build ongoing relationship with business partners to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. -Create environment of trust and respect with business partners to become trusted advisor in offering solutions to performance issues and gaps. -Administer personality profiling and feedback assessment tools for business units as well as for individual business partners.

Curriculum Design & Integrity:

-Design, develop and/or refine training curriculum as necessary or directed, including; classroom, e-learning, blended, experiential learning exercises, job aids, case studies, etc. -Produce high quality and effective learning materials in a timely manner. -Research and recommend courseware from third party vendors to supplement internally developed programs and materials. -Perform and/or oversee active maintenance of all curricula and other learning materials for new hire and recurrent programs to ensure standardization and consistency of materials across all WVR operations.

Organizational Capability and Effectiveness Projects, Events and Communications:

-Contribute to the successful implementation of company-wide and specific operational unit projects such as but not limited to, Associate Opinion Survey, Succession Planning, Performance Management (Success Matters), etc. -Plan and coordinate Learning & Development participation and contribution to internal company associate engagement events including but not limited to, associate career fares, candidate assessment activities, town hall meetings, associate focus groups, etc. -Edit, publish and or contribute to Learning & Development communications such as the quarterly Learning Zone publications.

MyLearning System Administration:

-In conjunction with Wyndham L&D initiatives, perform system administrative ML functions as required -Provide ongoing management reports reflecting status of required/compliance training. -Provide MyLearning support to managers and associates related to system access and navigation, course assignment, course crediting, etc.

Learning and Self-improvement:

-Assume full accountability for learning of new training programs, products, systems, etc. -Stay current on professional training related trends and best practices. -Solicit personal feedback from colleagues and business partners and apply strong effort to respond with self-improving actions. -Participate fully in coaching sessions and partner with management in developmental process.
